Cancellation Policy

Overview

Because our products are custom-manufactured, the ability to cancel an order depends on how far it has progressed in production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Before production starts

If production has not yet started, you may cancel your order for a full refund of any amount paid. Bank-transfer payments are refunded to the account used, and orders paid by cash on delivery can simply be cancelled at no cost.

After production starts

Once fabrication has begun, an order generally cannot be cancelled because the boards are made specifically for you. If cancellation is still possible, any costs already incurred (materials and processing) may be deducted from a refund.

How to cancel

• Contact us as soon as possible at info@norisolutions.com or on WhatsApp.
• Include your order number so we can locate your order quickly.
• We will confirm whether the order can be cancelled and the applicable refund.

Orders cancelled by us

We may cancel an order due to pricing errors, unmanufacturable files, payment issues, or capacity constraints. In such cases, any amount you have paid will be refunded in full.
