1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
Nori Solutions provides PCB design, fabrication and assembly, embedded systems, and related engineering services. Product specifications, capabilities and prices shown on the website are provided for guidance and may be updated without prior notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
4. Orders and pricing
- Instant quotes are estimates based on the specifications and Gerber files you provide; the final price may be adjusted after our engineering review.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your design files (Gerber, drill, outline and solder mask). We manufacture based on the files as supplied.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including due to pricing errors, file issues, or capacity — and to contact you to confirm details before production.
5. Payment
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer / Instapay. For bank transfers, production begins once payment details are confirmed. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise.
6. Manufacturing and delivery
Manufacturing and delivery times shown are estimates and may vary depending on specifications, quantity and shipping. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the designs and files you upload, and you confirm that you have the right to have them manufactured. All website content — including logos, text and graphics — is the property of Nori Solutions and may not be reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nori Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
